What a wonderful surprise! Living just a short walk from the Gardner, I've visited on many occasion and have heard my share of theories. I figured this book would be "facts and nothing but the facts". It was so much more. A suspensful style, brings the reader through the art underworld and introduces us to the characters that lead and inhabit the art underworld. Shady, quirky and all a little dark, each character brings a different perspective and brings us a possible new clue. Although we all know the art has yet to be recovered, the insightful interviews and uncovered facts made me partially believe that this heist would be solved by the last page!
