I know that being only 23 with a limited income living at home while trying to save money to pay for my wedding (at the time I read this book, anyway) makes the idea of wanting to reinvent my style seem a little lofty, considering the cost of clothes these days. However, after reading this book, I now know that it's not about the price or the label of your clothes - it's HOW you wear them. The only thing I didn't really like about the book was the tendency to have very wordy run-on sentences. I get that she was trying to be conversational...but in an advice book, I think short and sweet is the best policy. Although I must say I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the Rueben Toledo artwork in the book (he is PHENOMENAL!) as well as all the fabulous quotes!
