I've been a semi-pro photographer for several years now, and unfortunately, am not very digitally savvy when it comes to what cameras and computers can do these days. This book opened my eyes to the camera I've been using for the last year - there are features I didn't know it had. There's a good bit of basic photo (taking photos) info, which is solid but easily found elsewhere. The more technical dialogue about the XSi was very helpful to me, illustrating both the pluses and minuses of the camera, clearly and efficiently.
