This publisher makes junk books. This Amazon company "BookSurge" publishing must have outsourced this to some slave labor camp. (I wish - it says "made in USA" - what have we come to as a nation). Anyway, the pages are numbered 1,2,5,6,9,10, etc. The last time I saw something like this was when I visited the USSR East Bloc countries in 1988.
